NOTICE: I (the artist) reserve the right to decline any request at my own discretion.

TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: July 17, 2026By purchasing a commission from the Artist, the Client agrees to the following Terms of Service. These terms govern all transactions between the Artist and the Client regarding the commissioned artwork ("Product").PAYMENTS
ACCEPTED PAYMENTS: Gcash, Paypal, VGen, Bank Transfer (BDO), Steam/in-game, or Discord ONLY.
1. You may choose to either pay the full amount upfront 100% or pay a 50% upfront down-payment, and 50% upon approval of the initial sketch before the artwork is finalized.
2. Non-cash payments (e.g., Steam, Discord, in-game currency) must be paid 100% upfront. The payment method and equivalent value must be agreed upon by both the Artist and the Client.
3. The commission will only be added to the Artist's queue once the required payment has been received. Please note that payment does not guarantee an immediate start, as commissions are completed in queue order unless otherwise agreed upon.REVISIONS & PRODUCT DELIVERY
4. Client is entitled to unlimited revisions during the initial sketch phase at no additional cost.
5. The Client may request minor revisions after completion (e.g., eye color or small detail changes) at no additional cost. Major revisions or changes beyond the original request will incur an additional fee, which must be paid before work begins.1. If the commission is not purchased through VGen, the final artwork will be delivered via Gmail or Google Drive to preserve the highest image/media quality.
6. Once delivered, the Client is responsible for downloading, storing, and backing up the files. The Artist is not liable for lost files, delivery issues beyond their control, or providing replacements if the original files are no longer available.TAT & REFUNDS
7. The estimated turnaround time is 3 days to 3 weeks, depending on the commission's complexity and the Artist's queue. Please note that this estimate begins once your commission is marked as "Work in Progress (WIP)," not while it is "In Queue."
8. In the unlikely event of a delay, the Artist will notify the Client as soon as possible. Under normal circumstances, standard commissions will not exceed 2 months to complete.
9. Strictly NO refunds once the initial sketch is approved.
10. Refunds are available if the Artist has made no progress for two consecutive months or fails to complete the commission within four months.CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
11. The client bears all responsible for all transaction-related fees, including currency conversion, bank transfer, payment processing, and any other charges incurred during payment.

13. The commissioned artwork is for personal use only. Any commercial use, including monetized content, merchandise, resale, reproduction, or distribution, requires prior written permission and the purchase of the appropriate commercial license.Commercial License Fees:
Monetized Content Rights: +100% of the commission price
Commercial Merchandising Rights: +300% of the commission price14. In addition, the Client is strictly prohibited from altering the artwork, using it for AI training or AI datasets, minting or marketing it as an NFT, or using it in any blockchain-related projects without the Artist's explicit written permission.For examples of what I will and won't draw, please refer to my Samples page.
